“Order” – Refers to a request (via phone, email, or website) made by a Customer to purchase our services, confirmed by a payment through check, card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

When you submit an order and payment, you are purchasing a service created exclusively for your use.
Please note that all products and services are non-refundable except under specific conditions detailed below. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you’ve reviewed and accepted our refund policy in full.
Refund Policy
We value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at White Stone Book Publishers.
While all services are tailor-made, we understand that certain situations may call for a refund. Below are the conditions and terms that govern such requests.
1. Change of Mind
If you change your mind after placing your order:
- You can request a refund within the first hour of placing your order.
- A 40% processing fee will apply in other cases to cover administrative and creative costs.
2. Incompetent Delivery
Your satisfaction matters to us. If the delivered work doesn’t meet your documented requirements:
- We’ll offer unlimited revisions to ensure it matches your expectations.
- We may reassign or rewrite your project until you’re completely satisfied.
- You can also reserve complimentary pages (equal in value) for future use.
- If, despite all efforts, the final delivery remains off-mark, a mutual refund percentage will be agreed upon.
3. Late Delivery
We pride ourselves on punctuality. However, if we fail to deliver your project on time:
- After three documented attempts to contact us, and if it’s proven that the delay was on our end, a refund will be processed accordingly.
- Delays caused by client inaction or late responses will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Time Frame
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of project delivery.
- After 30 days, refund claims will not be entertained under any circumstances.
5. Cases Where Refunds Do Not Apply
Minor technical errors (e.g., grammar, typos, formatting) — we’ll fix these promptly, but no full refund will be issued.
Low ratings or subjective dissatisfaction with the writing style.
Delays caused by incomplete information or missed client communication.
Refunds are not guaranteed once revisions or design approvals have been confirmed by the customer.
